Walker Buehler Picks Up 19th Quality Start In Loss
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Walker Buehler picked up a tough loss against the Houston Astros on Tuesday. Buehler went six innings and earned his 19th quality start of the season. The right-hander allowed five hits, one run, three walks and struck out five on the evening. Buehler pitched well enough for a victory, but was out dueled by Astros starter Lance McCullers. Buehler continues to be a quality start machine and it has been very rare that he has disappointed managers this season. He is now 11-2 with a shiny 2.16 ERA in 22 starts this season. Buehler will look to get back into the win column versus the Philadelphia Phillies on Tuesday.
