Wade Meckler Exits With Undisclosed Injury
40 seconds agoSan Francisco Giants outfielder Wade Meckler (undisclosed) exited Sunday's contest with an undisclosed injury. Meckler was removed in the opening frame of the contest. He grounded out in his lone at-bat. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status as the team did not provide an update on his injury after the game. Meckler made his MLB debut in 2023 and held a .232/.328/.250 slash line with two doubles and a 4:6 BB:K ratio across 20 contests. Last summer, he battled a wrist injury which kept him sidelined through most of the first half of the campaign. When he did return, he spent most of his time with Triple-A Sacramento. Across 44 games, he posted a .288/.357/.508 line with eight home runs and three stolen bases. When healthy, he will likely return to Triple-A.
