Edmonton Oilers winger Viktor Arvidsson (undisclosed) will play in Saturday's matchup against Vancouver. He suffered an undisclosed injury on Thursday versus Colorado, but Arvidsson will not have to miss any games because of it. The Swedish forward has notched points in back-to-back games for only the third time this season and has tallied six points (two goals, four assists) over the last seven contests. This has been, by far, the best stretch of the season for Arvidsson, who has managed six goals and 15 points in 30 games across the campaign. He will accompany Vasily Podkolzin and Leon Draisaitl on the second line.

Edmonton Oilers winger Viktor Arvidsson (undisclosed) will end a 15-game absence on Thursday against Boston. This will be his first appearance since Nov. 12. Arvidsson's first campaign in Edmonton has been full of frustration, as he's totaled only five points (two goals, three assists) in 16 outings. The Swedish forward has been disappointing in a top-six role and will rejoin the lineup on the third line, with Connor Brown and Adam Henrique skating next to him. With a couple of 60-point campaigns under his belt, Arvidsson has proved that he can be a major threat offensively, but he doesn't have much fantasy value right now.

Edmonton Oilers winger Viktor Arvidsson (undisclosed) will come out of the lineup on Thursday against Nashville. Per Oilers TV host & reporter Tony Brar, the Swedish winger is dealing with a "minor injury." Arvidsson will miss his first game of the season. The Oilers had high hopes for Arvidsson when they signed him to a two-year, $8 million contract in the summer, but the 31-year-old has been very slow out the gate. He currently boasts only two goals and five points for the campaign. Arvidsson's minutes will be staggered throughout the lineup, as Oilers head coach Kris Knoblauch has decided to go with seven defensemen on Thursday.

Los Angeles Kings winger Viktor Arvidsson appears poised to move on from L.A. this offseason. According to TSN's Travis Yost, the 31-year-old Swedish forward will hit free agency on July 1. Arvidsson, a former 30-goal scorer with the Nashville Predators, has spent three injury-filled seasons with the Kings. He made only 18 appearances in 2023-24, scoring six goals and handing out nine assists. Arvidsson is finishing off a seven-year, $29.75 million contract. Through 546 career games, Arvidsson has managed 362 points (179 goals, 183 assists), and he can definitely still do a good job for a number of teams. However, health remains a big question mark with him and might scare off some suitors.
