Victor Robles' X-Rays Come Back Negative
7 years agoWashington Nationals top prospect and outfielder Victor Robles (elbow) had the X-rays on his left elbow come back with no apparent breaks. The ball club will make a formal announcement on Tuesday. Robles left his Triple-A start on Monday after injuring himself on an awkward slide. He's a consensus top-10 prospect who could offer contributions in all five fantasy categories. The news is most welcome for Nats fans and dynasty owners alike. He'll be the first call-up should one of the regular starters (Bryce Harper, Adam Eaton, Michael Taylor) get injured. All three, plus fourth outfielder Brian Goodwin, suffered injuries last season, so Robles's call-up sometime this year is all but assured.
