2 hours agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Victor Robles (hand) got the start in right field and was batting leadoff for Monday's Cactus League game against the San Diego Padres. Robles is back in action to begin the week after he was pulled from Saturday's exhibition game early against the Chicago White Sox when he was hit by a pitch on the right hand. Thankfully, the 27-year-old avoided any broken bones and will be ready for Opening Day this Thursday against the division-rival Athletics. The Dominican outfielder came alive last year after being traded from the Washington Nationals to Seattle, as he slashed .328/.393/.467 with an .860 OPS, four home run, 26 RBI and 30 steals in 77 games for the M's. Fantasy managers shouldn't be banking on a repeat for Robles over a full season, especially since he has limited power, but his speed should play in at least deep-mixed leagues out of the leadoff spot in Seattle.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
