For someone who struggled to hole putts over the first half of the season, it has come at a much more frequent pace over the last half, averaging +0.743 strokes gained putting since the end of May. The problem lies with a bad short game and spotty iron play, as he ranks 117th on the year in strokes gained around the green (-0.067) and has lost strokes on approach in three of his last six starts.
