Buffalo Sabres goaltender Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen had a day to remember on Sunday, recording his first career shutout with 23 saves in a 4-0 win over Colorado. The Finnish netminder entered the game having registered a .881 save percentage for the season, but he performed admirably against one of the most talented teams in the league, helping the Sabres improve to 4-5-0 for the season. The goaltending has let down Buffalo early in the year, but Luukkonen should get a lot of confidence from Sunday. With Devon Levi (lower body) and Eric Comrie (lower body) nursing injuries, Luukkonen finds himself playing an important role for the team.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
