Ty'Son Williams Finds The End Zone In Debut
3 years agoBaltimore Ravens running back Ty'Son Williams rushed for 65 yards on nine carries and a touchdown in Monday night's 33-27 overtime loss to the Raiders. He also caught three of four targets for 29 yards. The 25-year-old started in his career game and made an impact by rushing for a 35-yard touchdown in the first quarter to put the Ravens on the scoreboard 7-0. Williams had one less carry than newly acquired RB Latavius Murray but led all Ravens running backs in usage with 51% of the snaps. The Ravens will continue to use a committee approach between Murray, Williams, and QB Lamar Jackson. Williams is a borderline RB2 and will look to build on Monday's strong performance when the Ravens host the Kansas Chiefs Sunday night.
