Tyrone Tracy Jr. Will Be An RB3/Flex In Week 17 After Being Cleared To Play
32 seconds agoNew York Giants rookie running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. (ankle) was a limited participant in Friday's practice and has been removed from the final Week 17 injury report. It means that he is good to go for Sunday's game in Week 17 against the Indianapolis Colts and their weak run defense. Tracy aggravated an ankle injury in the Week 16 loss to the Atlanta Falcons and didn't practice on either Wednesday or Thursday. Despite not upgrading to a full practice on Friday, the 25-year-old will play this weekend. It's fair to wonder if Tracy will share more of the backfield work with Devin Singletary. In last week's blowout loss, Tracy only had 11 touches and saved his fantasy day with a receiving touchdown. However, the great matchup -- the Colts have allowed the seventh-most rushing yards this year -- should at least give Tracy some RB3/flex appeal for fantasy managers now that we know he'll be active.
