Tyrone Tracy Jr. Set To Lead The Giants Backfield
2 months agoNew York Giants running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. could see a significant workload in Week 5 against the Seattle Seahawks, with Devin Singletary (groin) doubtful to play. Tracy has yet to score a touchdown this season and has been limited to 41 receiving yards on four catches and just 29 rushing yards on 12 carries (2.42 YPC). However, Seattle's defense ranks 19th in the NFL against running backs, allowing 420 rushing yards and four touchdowns in four games, which could open up opportunities for the rookie. Eric Gray could also see some touches on Sunday, but Tracy is expected to start in place of the injured Singletary. While Tracy's 2.75 fantasy points per game leave much to be desired, the increased volume could lead to a breakout performance, making him a flex option for Week 5.
