3 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers point guard Tyrese Maxey recorded 20 points, seven rebounds and five assists in the season opener against New Orleans on Wednesday. The 20-year-old shot 8-for-14 from the field and 2-for-3 from downtown, while logging 34 minutes as a starter in a 117-97 win. He replaced Ben Simmons in the starting five, with Philly's grumpy star suspended for the game.
