Tyrese Haliburton Won't Return On Monday
11 months agoIndiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) won't return to Monday's game against the Boston Celtics. The star guard played only 13 minutes before exiting the contest. Haliburton slipped while driving to the basket and suffered a left hamstring strain. This is a massive blow to the Pacers roster as Haliburton has been one of the best players in the league. T.J. McConnell and Andrew Nembhard figure to see more playing time, assuming Haliburton misses time. Nembhard started during the second half of Monday's game, so he figures to be the favorite to replace Haliburton in the starting five.
