1 year agoNew England Patriots wide receivers Tyquan Thornton (soft-tissue) and JuJu-Smith Schuster (knee) have been at Gillette Stadium for the last four days and are expected to take part in training camp right away. Both wideouts missed extended time in the spring, so it's a positive development for their fantasy football outlooks and the Patriots' passing game as a whole. Smith-Schuster should be the favorite to lead the team in targets and Thornton is expected to take a leap forward as a dynamic playmaker in his sophomore campaign. That said, New England will still likely have one of the most run-heavy offenses in 2023, so neither has legitimate WR1 upside.
