Tyler Skaggs Placed on DL With Adductor Strain
6 years agoLos Angeles Angels starter Tyler Skaggs (oblique) has been placed on the 10-day DL with a left adductor strain. The move is retroactive to August 1, so Skaggs may only miss one start in the rotation. Skaggs was lit up in his last start for 10 runs in just 3 1/3 innings pitched, so it's possible his injury had something to do with that. No official word has come out on a timeline for Skaggs, so owners should remain patient for the time being.
