Tyler Reddick Wins Pole at Charlotte Roval, Looking to Keep Championship Hopes Alive
1 year agoHeading into this weekend's Bank of America ROVAL 400 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval track, Tyler Reddick sits two points below the cut line in the Playoffs standings with the field getting cut down to eight drivers after this weekend's race. If he wants to keep his Championship hopes alive, he's likely going to need a great race at Charlotte, and it definitely looks like he has the car to do that. Reddick's No. 45 Toyota was the second-fastest car in practice on Saturday and then he went out and won the pole later that day. He also had the fastest five- and 10-lap averages during practice. Reddick is one of the premier road course racers in the NASCAR Cup Series and will likely be the favorite to win this weekend's race among all sportsbooks.
