Tyler Reddick Continues His Insane Consistency At Richmond
4 months agoTyler Reddick finished third in the Cook Out 400 at Richmond Raceway on Sunday. Starting from the 10th position, Reddick remained inside the Top 10 in the first stage, scoring stage points by placing ninth. In the second stage, Reddick took advantage of the option tires to stay on the lead lap and made effective use of pit strategy to climb up to seventh and pick up more stage points. In the final stage, Reddick stayed out of trouble and kept to his pit strategy, allowing him to stay inside the Top 10 until the final restart of the race for overtime. As Austin Dillon, Joey Logano, and Denny Hamlin made contact at the front with each other, Reddick took advantage of the situation and collected a new career-best finishing position in the Top 3 at Richmond. With the Cup Series heading to Michigan next, Reddick, 2024's leader in top-10 finishes, will be searching for the first one of his Cup career.
