5 years agoCleveland Indians outfielder Tyler Naquin was scratched from Friday's starting lineup due to a back injury. Cleveland manager Terry Francona said that Naquin tweaked a back muscle while getting out of his car on Thursday. It isn't being looked at as anything serious, so Naquin shouldn't be absent from the lineup for long and may even be available as a pinch hitter. Jake Bauers, Oscar Mercado, and Greg Allen are handling outfield duties for Cleveland on Friday against Minnesota.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
