Vancouver Canucks defenseman Tyler Myers (lower body) could return to the lineup for Wednesday's contest against the visiting Colorado Avalanche. The veteran returned to practice on Tuesday after suffering a lower-body injury against the L.A. Kings on Feb. 29 and has missed the past four games. The hulking 6-foot-8 rear guard has recorded four goals and 23 points on the season across 62 games. He has added 86 hits, 114 blocks, and 63 penalty minutes to his resume on the campaign as part of his 18:57 of average ice time per game. The Canucks sit second overall in the NHL with a 42-17-7 record, while the Avs enter Wednesday's contest sporting a 41-20-5 record, good for seventh-best in the league.--Brenton Kemp
