Tylor Megill Starting Monday's Game
2 years agoNew York Mets right-hander Tylor Megill is getting the start in Monday's Game 2 of the doubleheader against Charlie Morton and the Atlanta Braves. The 27-year-old hasn't lived up to the promise he showed in 2022, as he's paired a 3.96 ERA with a disappointing 17.3% strikeout rate, 10.9% walk rate, and 1.48 WHIP across five starts. With Justin Verlander (shoulder) and Max Scherzer (suspension) returning this week and Carlos Carrasco (elbow) not far behind, Megill might be out of the rotation soon, but fantasy managers can drop him before that.
