6 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals relief pitcher Tyler Lyons (elbow) has started a throwing program. Lyons will move onto mound work sometime next week. He landed on the disabled list on June 8 due to an elbow strain, but it looks like he could be ready to rejoin the Cardinals bullpen sometime in early July.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
