Tyler Lockett Struggles In Week 6
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett is likely hoping quarterback Russell Wilson (finger) is back sooner rather than later after his Week 6 performance against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Lockett caught just two of his seven targets for 35 yards. Lockett and quarterback Geno Smith were never quite in sync during the team's loss. Lockett operates more as a downfield threat, and Smith was not always willing to push the ball downfield, nor did he have time to do so. Unless Smith is able to right the ship sooner rather than later, you'll have to manage your expectations for Lockett on a weekly basis a much more volatile boom/bust WR2.
