Tyler Lockett Sits Out Practice On Thursday
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett (hip) went from a limited participation on Wednesday to not practicing Thursday with a hip injury. Lockett got banged up in Week 3, but was able to return to the game. The speedster has been off to a hot start this season, but a downgrade this late in the week is never an encouraging sign. Managers should start to look into backup plans and more should be known on Lockett's status on Friday. If Lockett misses Week 4, DK Metcalf would remain the top option in the passing game with wide receiver Freddie Swain and tight end Gerald Everett seeing more action in the passing attack. Metcalf was listed as a limited participant with a foot injury, but is expected to suit up in Week 4 versus the San Francisco 49ers.
