Tyler Kroft Is A Risky Dart Throw For Week 9
5 years agoBuffalo Bills tight end Tyler Kroft stole some of the shine off of rookie tight end Dawson Knox in Week 8 when Knox was shut out in the game and Kroft caught two of his four targets for 32 yards. In all likelihood, this situation is going to be messy going forward. The veteran Kroft is probably the more likely of the two tight ends to receive a higher target share, but it might be close to a 60/40 type of split. The Bills have a great matchup against the Redskins in Week 9, so there will be plenty of opportunities for Bills pass-catchers, but it's hard to know which one, or which ones, will stand out apart from wide receivers John Brown and Cole Beasley. Kroft is a dart throw at best in the deepest of leagues, but should be avoided if other options are out there.
