Tyler Kroft (Broken Foot) Making Solid Progress
Tyler Kroft (foot) has been progressing well as of late and there's speculation that he could avoid the PUP list to start the season. Kroft broke his foot early in the offseason and had been in a walking boot until about two weeks ago. There's still no timetable for Kroft's return but the starting tight end spot still appears to be all his whenever he is ready. Kroft spent the first four years of his career with the Bengals before signing with the Bills this year. He caught seven touchdowns in 2017, so he's shown he can produce when given the opportunity.

Tyler Kroft To Miss Week 5
Tyler Kroft (knee) has been ruled out ahead of the team's Week 5 matchup with the Carolina Panthers. Kroft sustained a sprained MCL in Week 2 and has not played since. George Kittle will continue to get the bulk of the tight end snaps and targets with Ross Dwelley operating in a backup role.

Tyler Kroft To Miss Another One
Tyler Kroft (knee) won't play on Monday night against the Rams. The 29-year-old has been plagued by an MCL sprain, an injury that held him out of the Week 3 meeting with the Broncos. With Ross Dwelley (rib) questionable, George Kittle and Charlie Woerner may be the only healthy tight ends on the roster. Of course, the former will do most of the heavy lifting in Week 4, regardless of who else is active behind him on the depth chart.

Tyler Kroft Won't Suit Up Against Broncos
Tyler Kroft (knee) won't play on Sunday night against the Broncos. The 29-year-old is dealing with a sprained MCL, although he has done little for fantasy managers this season, compiling only one catch for nine yards. George Kittle (groin) will finally suit up for the first time this year, so Kroft wasn't projected to contribute, anyway.

Tyler Kroft Suffers Sprained MCL
Tyler Kroft (knee) suffered a sprained MCL in the Week 2 win over the Seattle Seahawks and will miss a few weeks. Kroft started the first two games of the season for the Niners with starter George Kittle (groin) inactive, but he produced just one catch on two targets for nine yards in the first two games. He wasn't targeted at all on Sunday. San Francisco will be hoping that Kittle can play in Week 3 on Sunday night against the Denver Broncos. If not, they'll be forced to use Ross Dwelley and Charlie Woerner at the tight end position. For what it's worth, Dwelley caught his only target against Seattle for a 38-yard touchdown.
