Tyler Glasnow Is Human But Dominates Again
Tyler Glasnow earned the win over the Orioles on Tuesday to improve to 4-0 on the season. He didn't rack up the strikeouts in this one, notching only three over seven innings pitched. He also allowed seven hits, two earned runs and no free passes. Despite the seven hits, he was very efficient, throwing only 87 pitches. Glasnow is looking like a huge steal so far from his draft-day price. He should line up to face the Red Sox his next time out. As a team, the Red Sox are slashing .222/.299/.364 against right-handed pitchers, but be aware that they can explode at any time.

Tyler Glasnow Shut Down For 10-14 Days
Tyler Glasnow (shoulder) will be shut down from throwing for the next 10-14 days. Glasnow was placed on the 15-day injured list on Monday due to right shoulder inflammation. Fantasy managers should monitor his status, but it appears the hard-throwing right-hander will miss a significant period of time. Before his injury, Glasnow held a 4.50 ERA with a 1.28 WHIP across 18 innings of work. However, most of his damage came on April 6 when he allowed five runs and five walks across two innings of work against the Phillies. Despite his extensive injury history, when on the bump, Glasnow has flashed elite upside. Fantasy managers should continue to stash him on their injured reserve. While he is sidelined, Matt Sauer should see more opportunities in the rotation.

Tyler Glasnow Going On The Injured List
Tyler Glasnow (shoulder) is being placed on the 15-day injured list on Monday with what the Dodgers are calling right-shoulder inflammation, according to The Athletic's Fabian Ardaya. Glasnow is also dealing with overall body soreness and was examined by doctors and the medical staff on Monday, a day after leaving his start early in Sunday's series finale against the Pittsburgh Pirates. In a corresponding move, pitcher Noah Davis is being recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City. Until Glasnow is able to return, right-hander Ben Casparius will be a candidate to enter L.A.'s starting rotation heading into May. Glasnow has developed a reputation for being injury-prone at this point in his career, but he's worth stashing in all fantasy leagues with an injury that doesn't seem to be all that serious. He's gone 1-0 with a 4.50 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 23 strikeouts in 18 innings in his first five starts in 2025.

Tyler Glasnow Could Land On Injured List
Tyler Glasnow (shoulder) landing on the injured list is "certainly a possibility." Glasnow said he felt something grab in his right shoulder while doing warm-up throws between innings in his start on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Pirates before being removed from the game. While Roberts is more worried about Glasnow for the short-term and not the long-term, it doesn't mean that he won't be required to miss the next couple of weeks. The hard-throwing 31-year-old dealt with cramps in his legs his last outing, and now he's dealing with a potentially serious right-shoulder ailment. He has a 4.50 ERA and 1.28 WHIP in his 18 innings pitched while providing fantasy managers with 23 strikeouts in his five starts. Glasnow will need to be stashed in all fantasy formats if he goes on the IL. UPDATE: Roberts said on Monday that it's "more likely than not" that Glasnow will go on the IL. Doctors and the medical staff are examining Glasnow on Monday for "overall body soreness."

Tyler Glasnow Removed Early On Sunday
Tyler Glasnow (shoulder) has been removed early during Sunday's start against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Glasnow gave up two hits, two runs, and walked a batter in the opening frame. He returned in the second inning, but Glasnow was removed while warming up due to right shoulder discomfort. Ouch, this is not a good look, but fantasy managers don't need to panic yet. Glasnow is expected to undergo further testing to determine the significance of the issue. Honestly, it wouldn't be shocking to see him placed on the injured list, but fantasy managers will need to check back for more updates.
