Tyler Anderson Pitches Eight Strong Innings
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers left-hander Tyler Anderson almost tossed a shutout for the first time in his career on Tuesday against the Washington Nationals. However, reliever Phil Bickford came out instead in the ninth inning. Anderson's excellent command is one of the main factors for his success. He has only allowed five walks in 43 2/3 innings. He has notched five wins in eight games (six starts) with the support of the best offensive team in the league. He should be added in most formats if he hasn't been already.
