Tyler Anderson Looks Sharp Against Orioles
4 years agoPittsburgh Pirates starting pitcher Tyler Anderson struck out seven batters in four innings of work on Monday in the 12-3 loss to the Orioles. Anderson allowed two runs on six hits in the start, with both runs coming off back-to-back solo home runs by Austin Hays and Freddy Galvis to lead off the second inning. He looked much better Monday than in his last start against the Yankees, where he allowed five runs in three innings, but he remains a matchup-dependent streaming option in deeper leagues for now.
