Tyjae Spears "Trending In The Right Direction"
17 seconds agoTennessee Titans running back Tyjae Spears (hamstring) is "trending in the right direction" to play in Week 10 versus the Los Angeles Chargers, according to FOX Sports' Ben Arthur. Spears has been sidelined for each of the team's last three games due to a hamstring injury, but he's on track to return this Sunday on the road after returning to a full practice session on Thursday. In addition, lead back Tony Pollard (foot) was downgraded from a full-go on Wednesday to limited on Thursday, so he could be in danger of missing Sunday's game. The Titans already said they'd like to limit Pollard's workload after he saw a season-high 31 touches in last week's overtime loss to the New England Patriots. Spears will probably be an RB3/flex, at best, in fantasy in a tough matchup if both he and Pollard are active. But if Pollard is out, Spears will become a plug-and-play option in fantasy.
