3 years agoNew York Mets catcher James McCann went 2-for-4 with a run scored in the Mets 4-3 loss to the Reds on Tuesday. McCann is now hitting .304/.385/.435 over his last seven games (23 at-bats) with one home run, three RBI, and five runs scored. McCann makes for a decent streaming option in one-catcher formats and cheap DFS play while he is hitting well. It is likely McCann, who started on Tuesday night, will get the day off on Wednesday when the Mets conclude their series against the Reds in a get-away-day matinee. Assuming he is off on Wednesday, McCann should be back behind the plate beginning Friday when the Mets begin a three-game series against the Blue Jays at CitiField.--Nick Ritrivi - RotoBaller
