Trumaine Johnson Expected To Start For Jets Defense
5 years agoNew York Jets head coach Adam Gase said he's "leaning" toward cornerback Trumaine Johnson (hamstring) practicing fully on Thursday, and he thinks that Johnson will start against the Bills in Week 1 on Sunday. Having Johnson on the field on Sunday will be huge as they try to slow down wide receiver John Brown deep down the field. The Bills offense isn't the greatest in the league, but they have the ability to strike big plays at any moment with quarterback Josh Allen taking chances. At home against Buffalo, the Jets Defense should be considered a low-end fantasy play.
