Troy Tulowitzki Kicks Off Ill-Fated Rally
6 years agoThe New York Yankees found themselves trailing by four runs entering the ninth inning when shortstop Troy Tulowitzki led off. The 34-year-old delivered a solo home run to kick off the frame, getting it done while he was down two strikes. It was his only hit of the game, although he drew a pair of walks. Tulowitzki appears to be safe in his role as starting shortstop on the Yankees for the next couple of months as Didi Gregorius recovers from Tommy John surgery.
