4 mins agoFree-agent linebacker Troy Dye is signing back with the Los Angeles Chargers on a two-year deal worth up to $8.5 million, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The 28-year-old was originally a fourth-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings out of Oregon and spent the first four seasons of his career there before one season with the Chargers. Last year, he racked up 57 tackles (34 solo), 1.5 sacks, and two run stuffs in 17 games (five starts). Dye will continue to provide depth for the Los Angeles defensive led by up-and-coming defensive coordinator Jesse Minter in 2025.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBaller
