Tristan Jarry Impresses Once More
4 years agoPittsburgh Penguins goaltender Tristan Jarry was very close to his first shutout of the season on Thursday, allowing only a late power-play goal in a 4-1 win over the Islanders. He finished with 31 saves and has now stopped 70 pucks across his last two starts. Jarry had a very tough time early in the season, but he's won two of his last three appearances and seems to be gathering momentum. His record for the year now stands at 4-5-1, and he has a 3.44 goals-against average and a .886 save percentage. Jarry will look to frustrate the Islanders again on Saturday.
