3 years agoBaltimore Orioles first baseman Trey Mancini is getting the day off on Tuesday as the team faces Nestor Cortes and the New York Yankees. Ryan Mountcastle is manning first base in the game while DJ Stewart is filling in as designated hitter. Mancini had a strong month of July, slashing .299/.344/.575 with five home runs, eight RBI and 15 runs. However, he's gone 0-for-8 to start off August. Mancini currently ranks in the 84th percentile in both xBA (.273) and xSLG (.487) and he ranks in the 92nd percentile in max exit velocity (113.9 mph).
