Trey Mancini Dealing With Rib Soreness
3 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder Trey Mancini sat out Saturday's win over the Red Sox due to some rib soreness after he ran into the wall during Friday's contest. Manager Brandon Hyde mentioned that he should be good to go for Sunday's finale, but it is still a situation that fantasy managers may want to follow going into next week. Through 20 games, Mancini is hitting .224 with a homer, five runs, and eight RBI as a mainstay in the team's top half of the batting order. As long as this minor rib issue doesn't persist, the 30-year-old's numbers should level out with time as there is still plenty of season left.
