Trevor Larnach Records Second Straight Multi-Hit Game
3 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Trevor Larnach went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI in Monday's 4-3 loss to the Seattle Mariners. Larnach gave the Twins an early lead in the first inning with an RBI single, then later ripped a 107.3 MPH double, narrowly missing out on a home run. It's his second straight multi-hit game, raising his season batting average to .273. Larnach hits the ball hard, has a patient eye at the plate, 11.9 percent walk rate, and is starting to see his actual slugging percentage, .434, more closely resemble his expected mark of .488. He is making a strong case for a starting outfield job next season in Minnesota, making him an intriguing player to roster in dynasty formats.
