Trent Sherfield Remains An Appealing Deep-League Option
2 years agoMiami Dolphins wide receiver Trent Sherfield looks to build on a strong Week 13 in which he caught a 75-yard touchdown pass. Despite being the No. 3 receiver behind Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, Sherfield has shown that he can still command a solid snap and target share in the surging Miami offense. This week, he'll face off against a Los Angeles Chargers secondary that is middle-of-the-pack, allowing 32.4 fantasy points per game to wide receivers (including 5.9 points in the red zone). He should be viewed as a fringe top-50 receiver in fantasy and is worth starting in deeper leagues.
