2 months agoIndianapolis Colts running back Trent Pennix (groin) was forced to leave the team's game on Sunday due to a groin injury. The 24-year-old rookie didn't see much work in their preseason debut on Sunday against the Denver Broncos. In his limited snaps, Pennix caught his lone target for seven yards and didn't receive any work on the ground. The severity of the groin injury is unknown at this time, but he'll look to get back on the field this week and compete to stick on the roster a depth option in the backfield.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller
