Trent Grisham Held Back By Hamstring Issue
2 days agoNew York Yankees outfielder Trent Grisham (hamstring) is currently behind schedule due to injury, according to manager Aaron Boone. The organization didn't comment on the severity of the issue, so fantasy managers will need to check back for that information. For now, Grisham is day-to-day and will just get a late start to spring training along with Giancarlo Stanton (elbow) who is also sidelined right now. When healthy, Grisham will probably be the fourth outfielder in New York. Grisham is coming off a rough 2024 season and hasn't been able to hit his weight in a few seasons. Despite that, Grisham does normally draw walks and plays above average defense. He's unlikely to be a valuable fantasy asset until he can improve at the plate.
