Trea Turner Tallies Two Hits In Saturday's Win
4 years agoWashington Nationals shortstop Trea Turner went 2-for-5 with a double, a run and an RBI in Saturday's 12-9 win over the Baltimore Orioles. It was a strong bounce-back from an uncharacteristic 0-for-5 game on Friday. Through 42 games this year, Turner is slashing .320/.362/.547 with 10 home runs, eight stolen bases, 24 RBI and 23 runs. He has a career-best 47.4% hard-hit rate so far this year, up from 40.7% last year. His .298 xBA ranks in the 89th percentile of the league. Turner is simply one of the game's best. He's on the verge of yet another elite fantasy season.
