Trea Turner Riding 16-Game Hit Streak
4 years agoWashington Nationals shortstop Trea Turner was 4-for-5 with a solo home run and three runs scored during Monday's 8-6 loss to the Philadelphia Phillies. Turner is currently riding a 16-game hit streak, going 34-for-67 (.507 average) over that span. The 27-year-old has only stolen three bases this season, but his .377/.431/.646 slash line and 28 runs help make up for that. Even with the drop off in steals, he remains a must-start fantasy asset in all formats.
