6 years agoAfter swapping places on the lineup with Washington Nationals outfielder Adam Eaton on July 4, shortstop Trea Turner will return to leadoff on Thursday against the Miami Marlins. Eaton will sit on Thursday, and with the Nationals crowded outfield, fantasy players have to watch for lineup changes like these. Taking Eaton’s place in left field will be rookie sensation Juan Soto, who should be started in all formats. First baseman Mark Reynolds will also sit in favor of Matt Adams, who was activated from the 10-day disabled list on July 4. Daily fantasy players looking for first base help Thursday should give Adams and his .926 OPS a long look. Infielder Wilmer Difo will also sit with Daniel Murphy taking over at second base. The Nats will face 22-year-old Pablo Lopez, who pitched well against the New York Mets on June 30. The rookie has never faced the Nats before, so expect an early feeling-out process.--Mauricio Castillo
