Trayce Thompson To Miss More Than A Month
1 year agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Trayce Thompson (oblique) will miss more than a month of action due to the oblique strain he suffered on June 3, according to manager Dave Roberts. He should return before the season ends, though he hasn't offered much fantasy value over 36 games. Before going on the shelf, Thompson was hitting a lowly .151 with five homers, 12 runs, and 14 RBI. James Outman will likely continue to get most of the reps in center. After starting the season hot, the 26-year-old has struggled lately and is now slashing .230/.319/.454 with nine homers, seven steals, 29 runs, and 30 RBI.
