Travis Shaw Continues Powerful Season Sunday
6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers third baseman Travis Shaw shored up the team's lead Sunday versus Pittsburgh. Shaw would reach four times on Sunday during the 13-6 victory. He would hit a two-run homer that extended the lead to 6-0. Overall, Shaw would score twice to go with the HR and two RBI. Shaw now has 31 HR to go with 83 RBI to shore up an offense that already has an MVP candidate in Yelich and a WAR leader in Cain. Shaw is not a league-winner, especially with a .242 batting average, but he is useful in a wide variety (in terms of depth) of leagues.
