Travis Hunter To Run Routes At Pro Day On Friday
15 seconds agoAfter it was initially reported that University of Colorado wide receiver/defensive back Travis Hunter wasn't expected to work out at his school's Pro Day on Friday, NFL Network's James Palmer reports that Hunter has decided to run routes, according to a source. Hunter will work with quarterback Shedeur Sanders, who along with Hunter, is expected to be an early pick in this year's NFL draft. The 21-year-old dual-threat player has generational talent, and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him taken within the top three picks at the end of April. He was listed as a defensive back at the scouting combine in February and will most likely make more of an immediate impact on defense in the NFL, but whatever team drafts him will also certainly create a package of plays for him on offense as well. In his two seasons with the Buffaloes on offense, Hunter had 153 catches for 1,979 yards and 20 touchdowns.
