Travis Etienne Jr. Expected To Be Involved More Than Ever
1 year agoJacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. missed his entire inaugural campaign with a foot injury. Fortunately, he bounced back and was productive in 2022, his first active year in the league, rushing for 1,125 yards and five touchdowns off 220 carries. However, with a season under Etienne's belt, head coach Doug Pederson expects more "big plays" from the former Clemson Tiger, especially since he has his unofficial rookie season behind him. The Jaguars offense has plenty of weapons, specifically Christian Kirk, Calvin Ridley, and Evan Engram. As a result, opposing defenses won't have the luxury of making Etienne the focal point, which may allow him to be more productive for fantasy managers this season.
