Trae Young Shoots 6-For-19 In Loss To Knicks
4 years agoAtlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young had an off shooting night in the team's 123-112 loss to the New York Knicks on Monday night. Young shot just 6-for-19 from the field in the game and only managed to hit one three. He scored 23 points to go along with eight assists, three rebounds, a steal and four turnovers. Young has shot under 40% in three of his last four games now. His numbers are mostly down across the board from last year, but he still has strong averages of 26.0 points and 9.4 assists per game this season. His next game will be a tough one against the Boston Celtics on Wednesday. The Celtics have one of the league's top defenses, allowing 11.7 made threes per game, the sixth-fewest in the league.
