Trace McSorley To IR, Dez Bryant Activated From COVID-19 List
4 years agoThe Baltimore Ravens placed quarterback Trace McSorley (knee) on Injured Reserve on Tuesday with a knee sprain that he suffered late in the Monday night win over the Browns. In a corresponding move, the team activated wide receiver Dez Bryant from the Reserve/COVID-19 list. With Robert Griffin III (hamstring) also on IR, the Ravens will elevate Tyler Huntley from the practice squad to serve as Lamar Jackson's backup moving forward. Bryant has missed the team's last two games after testing positive for COVID-19. The 32-year-old veteran has played in just three games this year with Baltimore and has four catches for 28 yards. He'll continue to provide depth behind Marquise Brown, Miles Boykin and Willie Snead IV and can continue to be left to the waiver wire in the vast majority of leagues.
