5 years agoThe Detroit Lions placed running back Tra Carson (hamstring) on the Injured Reserve on Saturday and signed running back Paul Perkins to the active roster from the practice squad in a corresponding move. Carson surprisingly led the Kerryon Johnson-less backfield in carries last week, but he'll now miss the rest of the season. Rookie Ty Johnson will now be a more attractive RB3/flex in deeper leagues against Oakland, while J.D. McKissic will serve as a change-of-pace back.
