Pitcher Touki Toussaint was a big-time prospect several years ago who never quite panned out, but he'll get a chance to prove himself and add some depth to the Angels system after agreeing to a new deal on Wednesday. Toussaint was with the Halos in 2022, going 1-1 with a 4.62 ERA in eight games, including two starts. He worked exclusively out of the bullpen last season with the White Sox, appearing in 11 games and posting a 7.43 ERA and 5.08 FIP in 23 innings. He'll start the season at Triple-A but could be called up if the Angels need additional help in the rotation or as a bulk option out of the bullpen. He isn't fantasy-relevant at this point, but it's good to know where the 28-year-old landed.--Zach Thompson - RotoBaller
